WE WERE PRIVILEGED TOBE AT THE LAUNCH PARTY TO INTERVIEW MARK ALONGSIDE HIS MENTOR MICHEL ROUX - A CULINARY LEGEND
mark runs the masons arms in knowstone with his wife sarah. one of our first challenges was to film him running one of his highly prized masterclasses - preparing and cooking an all-time foodzoosw favorite - scallops.

noel runs the eponymous `restaurant nc' in woolacombe. with just his wife nora alongside him, he creates sensational seasonal tasting menus for an exclusive sitting of no more than ten people at a time.
our filming session with him featured hand dived orkney scallops, duck, and rhubarb - all prepared with herbs and flowers from the north devon biosphere.
devon duck features in this final video - with flash fried heart, duck-skin crackling an a delicious duck stew on a bed of mashed potatoes quite unlike anything you have tasted before!

joe dibley is a very talented young chef running the kitchen at the George inn in hatherleigh.
alongside pub staples he is creating some truly memorable dishes, including his signature `chocolate garden'.
this is one of the dishes he will be cooking for us later this month, and you'll be able to see the results here!
